Infraloka Is Hiring 4 Freelance QA Testers: No Experience Needed
We are looking for four people to test our software as a first-time user would: freelance, part-time, and fully remote. You do not need a QA, coding or HR background. Any bachelor's degree is enough. The fee is Rp1,000,000 per month, and applications close on 19 November 2026.
Why we are hiring
Infraloka builds systems for recruitment, HR and day-to-day business operations. Before a system reaches the people who will use it, we want to know one simple thing: can an ordinary person understand it without being shown how?
Our engineers cannot answer that. They already know where everything is. So we are looking for people who do not.
Who we are looking for
We are not looking for the smartest or the most technical person in the room. We are looking for someone who looks like the people we build for: comfortable with a phone, a laptop and everyday web apps, and honest when something does not make sense.
- Any bachelor's degree (S1 or D4), from any major.
- No QA, coding or HR experience needed.
- Able to describe what you saw in your own words.
- Honest. If you did not understand a screen, say so. That is exactly what we need to hear.
- Reliable with a short daily report.
What you will do
You become the first user who knows nothing. You try our software, follow the flows, and tell us plainly:
- what was clear, and what was confusing;
- where you got lost, and what you expected to happen;
- what felt slow, broken or strange. No finding is too small.
You send a short report each day about what you tried and what you found, and you try again after we fix things. You do not write code and you do not write test scripts.
What you get
- Rp1,000,000 per month, as a freelance consultant. This is part-time work, not a full salary, and we say so openly.
- Flexible hours. You do not need to give us all your time, only some time each day and the daily report.
- A Claude Code seat, worth US$25 per month, and a Google Workspace account.
- Real experience testing a live product, and seeing how a technology team works.
- A part in Infraloka's mission: to help drive human civilization forward through the systems we build.
