Case Record: Polsek Cisauk Clarification Summons and Disability Accommodation

This post records how I experienced two clarification summonses from the Cisauk sub-district police (Polsek Cisauk, under Polres Tangerang Selatan). It is a procedural record, not an accusation of misconduct. It is based on my own documents and account, and nobody has made a finding. I am not alleging bribery, a fabricated case or abuse of power; the material I have does not support those claims.
What happened
- 15 June 2026: an investigation order was issued for the defamation report that a former HR manager of my employer registered on 3 June 2026.
- 23 June 2026: Polsek Cisauk issued Clarification Invitation No. B/94/VI/2026/Sek.Cisauk, asking me to attend at 13:00 on 26 June 2026. It was addressed to my home address in Bekasi. In practice I only saw it on 25 June, as a message from the boarding-house keeper where I was staying in BSD, so I had about a day to prepare.
- 5 July 2026: a second invitation, No. B/101/VII/2026/Sek.Cisauk, set 14 July 2026 at 13:00, again to the Bekasi address.
- Content not identified: neither invitation set out the post, URL, date, screenshot or words said to be defamatory, which I needed to prepare an answer.
- Contact blocked: I tried to reach the officer named as the contact in the invitation. In my account I was then blocked and could not get an explanation.
Disability accommodation
I told the authorities I live with bipolar disorder and ADHD, and I hold a medical letter dated 13 May 2026. Law No. 8 of 2016 asks law enforcers to take advice on the condition of a person with a disability before questioning, and to give legal assistance. I asked for effective delivery of invitations to the correct address, an electronic copy, enough time, a written explanation of my status and of the matter, a chance to get legal help, and communication that does not stigmatise.
What I asked for
On 14 July 2026 I prepared a chronology asking the supervising police bodies to check how the invitations were delivered, whether the time was enough, why the content was not specified and why communication with the officer was blocked. That request is a request for review, not a finding against any officer.
I also record that on 14 July 2026 I attended the clarification and signed a peace agreement there, which I describe in the posts about the other side's lawyers. Whether Polsek staff had any part in how my family's contact details reached the other side is something I do not know.
Limits of this record
- This is my account and documents; no authority has made a finding.
- I have not attached the invitations, because they carry personal addresses and an officer's phone number.
- I do not allege bribery, case fabrication or abuse of power.
- I am not a lawyer, and this post is not legal advice.
Right of reply and correction
Polsek Cisauk and its officers are invited to respond, correct, or add context, including to explain how the invitations were sent. A substantive reply may be published alongside this article, edited only for privacy, safety and relevance. If reliable evidence shows any statement here is wrong, I will correct it and note the change.
