Rahmat Wibowo vs. Yassirullah Muhammad: A Cease-and-Desist Over Reposted Accusations

This post describes a formal cease-and-desist letter (Somasi No. 006/SOMASI/RW/VIII/2026) that I sent, personally and without a lawyer, on 28 August 2026, to Yassirullah Muhammad, who posts on X (Twitter) as @myassirullah. This is a demand letter, not a police report, a criminal charge, or a court filing. It is not a finding of fact by any court or authority, and Mr. Muhammad has not had a chance to respond in this post. I'm not asserting his guilt of any crime. Where I'm inferring something rather than stating something I directly witnessed, I've tried to say so.
Background
According to screenshots I have, on 14 and 17 May 2026 the account @myassirullah reposted two posts from an account called @KawalRahmatwi that accused me, without any supporting evidence I'm aware of, of extorting money from people through what the posts called "bogus cease-and-desist letters," and separately accused me of wishing harm on a pregnant coworker's unborn child during a workplace incident. By the time I documented this on 28 August 2026, those reposts had reached tens of thousands of views through the reposting account's own network of roughly 11,000 followers, in addition to whatever reach the original posts already had.
I identified the account holder as Yassirullah Muhammad based on the account using what I believe is his real name and description ("Psychology & Human Resources," "Career Counselor"), which I cross-referenced with a public LinkedIn profile listing him as Head of People Partner at Pahamify and a psychology graduate of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
What I asked for
In the somasi, I asked him to delete the reposts, issue a public apology pinned for 30 days, publish a clarification that he had no basis for the accusations, and pay compensation, with a deadline of 31 August 2026. I sent a copy of the letter to his employer and his university's alumni association, not asking either to take disciplinary action, but noting that his public profile ties his professional identity to the account. As of this writing, I don't have confirmation of whether he responded by the deadline, and no police report or lawsuit has been filed over this matter that I can point to here.
I should also note, as I did in the somasi itself, that while the content he reposted used language referencing autism as an insult, I don't believe this specific incident meets the legal threshold for Indonesia's Disability Rights Law, which addresses obstruction of specific rights rather than insults that reference disability — I raised it only as something I found troubling, not as a separate criminal allegation.
I'm documenting this because it's a direct account of a legal notice I sent over content I believe damaged my reputation, and because I think the scale of amplification — reposts reaching tens of thousands of views through someone with a large public following — is relevant to anyone evaluating this dispute.
