Rifky Bujana Bisri and Netra Runtime: Claims vs the Verifiable Record

An analysis of the public profile of Rifky Bujana Bisri, tested against public screenshots captured on October 18, 2026. It is the author's opinion, built on the evidence shown. It is not a finding of wrongdoing. The author is mentioned in one of the screenshots and says so below.

Rifky Bujana Bisri (Instagram and Threads handle rifkybujanabisri) presents himself on LinkedIn with the headline "Making AI Accessible to Anyone". His LinkedIn education lists a Bachelor of Science at The University of British Columbia (2022 to 2026) and a high school diploma from SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta (2019 to 2022). In August 2022 he posted on Instagram that he was an awardee of the Beasiswa Indonesia Maju (BIM) scholarship, batch 1, overseas. This post sets those public lines beside what the screenshots actually show.

About Netra Runtime. His LinkedIn Experience section lists him as Chief Executive Officer of Netra Runtime, a permanent full-time role from May 2026 to present (6 months at capture), in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, hybrid. That entry is the only evidence of Netra Runtime in the screenshots. A web search on October 18, 2026 found no public page for it, so what the company does, and whether it has users or a product, is not verifiable here.

The claims

• LinkedIn headline: "Making AI Accessible to Anyone".
• LinkedIn experience: Chief Executive Officer, Netra Runtime, "Permanent Full-time", May 2026 to present, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, hybrid.
• LinkedIn education: The University of British Columbia, Bachelor of Science (BSc), 2022 to 2026, with the skill tag "Problem Solving and Research Projects". The description field of that entry reads "dropout". SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta, High School Diploma, Mathematics and Natural Science, 2019 to 2022.
• Instagram (August 2022): a graphic reading "SAYA SIAP!" and "Mengikuti Pembekalan Beasiswa Indonesia Maju Angkatan 1 Luar Negeri", with the logos of Puspresnas, Kemendikbudristek and LPDP. The caption says he is a BIM batch 1 awardee and will attend the BIM briefing on August 19 to 22, 2022 "dengan sungguh-sungguh dan penuh dedikasi untuk negeri" (with full seriousness and dedication for the country). The post shows 243 likes and 18 comments.

What the record shows

The degree. The LinkedIn entry gives an end year of 2026 and, in its own description field, the single word "dropout". The screenshot does not say when he left, why, or whether a different programme or leave arrangement applies. The entry is his own profile text, and this post takes it as written.

The scholarship. The Instagram post shows that he was a BIM batch 1 overseas awardee in 2022. The screenshots do not show the terms of that award, its status in 2026, or any link between the award and the degree entry. This post draws no conclusion about either and does not suggest any breach. Any such question belongs to the scholarship's administrators, not to a screenshot comparison.

The headline and Netra Runtime. "Making AI Accessible to Anyone" is a positioning line, and the Netra Runtime entry is the role he gives himself under it. The screenshots show no product, repository, user count or company page behind either, so both are neither confirmed nor refuted. One timing fact is visible on the profile itself: the Netra Runtime role starts in May 2026, inside the 2022 to 2026 range of the UBC entry. The screenshots do not say how the two relate, and the post draws no conclusion from it.

A public Threads reply. In a Threads thread captured on October 18, 2026, an account with the handle rifkybujanabisri replied "RW mah emang Musuh bebuyutan 1001 orang WKWKWK", roughly "RW has always been an enemy of 1,001 people, haha". The author, Rahmat Wibowo, reads "RW" as a reference to himself, but the reply does not name anyone, so that reading is not confirmed. The author treats it as an informal remark, not as a statement of fact, and gives it no weight in the assessment above.

What cuts the other way

• Being chosen as a BIM awardee and admitted to UBC are real, competitive achievements, and the Instagram post shows them in his own words.
• Leaving a degree is a personal decision. It is not a wrongdoing, and many people build useful work without one.
• A company that is six months old can reasonably have no public product page yet, and the role is his own disclosure.
• He wrote "dropout" himself on a public profile rather than hiding it. That is plain disclosure.
• The Threads reply is a joke-style comment, written in a casual register, and does not accuse anyone of anything specific.
• Several things are not verifiable here: what Netra Runtime does, any product or code, its team or customers, his current studies or work, the scholarship's status, and the reason for any change in plans.

Limits and right of reply

• This analysis rests on five screenshots captured on October 18, 2026. Profiles change, and later captures may differ.
• The author is a participant in the Threads exchange and has a conflict of interest. The assessment above does not rely on that reply.
• Photographs (including the profile photo in the LinkedIn header) and the handles of other people visible in the original screenshots were left out on purpose and are not reproduced. The Instagram post is shown as transcribed text.
• Only what the sources show is claimed. Where something cannot be checked, the post says it is not verifiable.
