Legal Notice No. 067/SOMASI/RW/IX/2026: Elliza Fitrianti and Faris Rizki Ekananda (English Translation of the Indonesian Letter)

This post summarises Somasi No. 067/SOMASI/RW/IX/2026, a formal legal notice I sent in Indonesian on 20 September 2026 in South Jakarta to Ms. Elliza Fitrianti and Mr. Faris Rizki Ekananda. This English edition summarises and translates it. It is a demand letter, not a police report, court filing or finding. Neither recipient has responded here, and I do not assert that either is guilty of any offence.

Who I identified, and how

I state in the letter that I have never worked or communicated with either recipient, personally or professionally. They are strangers to me, so in my view neither has first-hand knowledge that could support the statements I complain about.

• Ms. Elliza Fitrianti is the holder of the Threads and Instagram account @ellijaa_. Her public LinkedIn profile lists her as a graduate in agricultural engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
• Mr. Faris Rizki Ekananda holds Instagram and Threads accounts under @faris_ekananda and, according to my own identification, the X account @lahkokdeadline (display name "Apalah"). His public LinkedIn profile lists him as a Software Engineer at Stockbit and an ITB alumnus.

I cross-checked the two identities through their public profiles. The X account attribution rests on my own identification, and the letter invites a written denial with evidence. I sent copies to Stockbit (as his stated employer) and to the ITB alumni association (IA-ITB), for information and for follow-up within each recipient's own competence, without prejudging any court.

What the letter complains about

Ms. Fitrianti (Threads, September 2026).

1. Under a post by another person discussing my Threads account, a user asked her to "please spill." She answered publicly, in my English rendering: "Just read from here, there are lots of cases about him from 2023," with a link to an account titled "Kawal Rahmat Wibowo." In my reading, this alleges that I have "many cases" since 2023 and actively points readers to an account devoted to attacking me.
2. On a different thread, she wrote: "Run, sis, you'll get a somasi." In my reading, that shows she knew of my legal step and chose to mock it in public.

Mr. Ekananda (X, October–November 2023).

1. 3 October 2023: "Successfully blacklisted at Fortune 500 companies, maybe that's what they meant" (1,487 views, 15 likes). In my reading, this states as fact that I was blacklisted by Fortune 500 companies.
2. 19 October 2023, replying to another account: "More content, bro," with a link to an Instagram Reel (2,200 views). In my reading, he was supplying "content" to discuss me publicly.
3. 30 November 2023, replying to another account: "Impressive that you guys made him create a new account," with a screenshot of my personal Instagram profile (62 views). In my reading, this mocked me and spread a screenshot of my private profile.

I read three posts in under two months as a pattern, not a single lapse. I state that I know of no decision, judgment or document saying I have "many cases" or am blacklisted by Fortune 500 companies, and that neither recipient provided evidence.

Legal basis I relied on

I wrote the letter myself, without a lawyer. It cites, with full article text, Art. 433(2) (written defamation), Art. 434(1) (slander) and Art. 441(1) (one-third aggravation for information technology) of the new Criminal Code, with Art. 436 as an alternative, plus Civil Code Arts. 1365 and 1372–1373. These are complaint offences (Art. 440). I applied an element-by-element table and a state-of-mind analysis, and computed damages from the Art. 434 maximum fine (IDR 200,000,000) plus one-third (IDR 266,666,667), doubled: IDR 533,333,334 per person, IDR 1,066,666,668 in total.

What I demanded

By Wednesday, 23 September 2026, 09:00 WIB, I asked each recipient, according to their own conduct, to:

1. Delete the posts and replies described (including the link to the "Kawal Rahmat Wibowo" account) and all copies or screenshots circulated;
2. Publish a public apology on their own accounts for at least 30 days, withdrawing the "many cases" and "Fortune 500 blacklist" statements, acknowledging they never worked with me and had no evidence, and expressing regret;
3. Stop further statements or public pointing that attack my honour;
4. Pay IDR 533,333,334 each;
5. Provide any written evidence for their statements, or a written denial if they say they do not own or control the accounts.

What I said would follow

After the deadline I stated I would file complaints with the Indonesian National Police under Arts. 433(2), 434(1) and 441(1) (alternatively Art. 436), and civil suits in the district courts of their places of residence for an unlawful act, seeking IDR 533,333,334 per defendant, a declaration that the acts were slander, restoration of reputation and publication of the judgment at the defendant's cost. The letter also describes later-stage measures including a wanted-person listing and, where relevant, extradition mechanisms; I read those as a description of the legal path, not a prediction, and no outcome can be promised.
