When “Let It Go” Is Used to Silence: Willy PT and NOICE

When “Let It Go” Is Used to Silence: Willy PT and NOICE

Documenting a pattern of public mockery, weaponized neurodivergence disclosure, and coordinated dismissal directed at Rahmat Wibowo — by individuals tied to NOICE’s engineering and user community.

Over the course of June 11, 2026, two separate incidents involving individuals connected to NOICE an Indonesian audio platform emerged in public spaces. Together, they reveal a coordinated pattern of dismissal, mockery, and ableist framing targeting Rahmat Wibowo, who has been publicly documenting a two-year labor dispute following his unlawful termination.

Rather than engage with the substance of the dispute unpaid entitlements, documented harassment, and blocked communication attempts these actors chose to attack the messenger: ridiculing the legal process, weaponizing Rahmat’s ADHD disclosure, and encouraging silence under the guise of “maturity.”

The “Say Sorry” Gambit : Willy PT, Engineering @ NOICE

Willy PT, publicly identified as Engineering at NOICE, entered Rahmat’s LinkedIn thread and advised him to apologize, to the very parties who had blocked him repeatedly. The framing of “you’re much stabler now” is a thinly veiled psychiatric insinuation, repackaging lawful grievance as emotional instability.

Ableist Attack and Legal Mockery on NOICE’s Own Platform

On NOICE’s own platform, an anonymous user under the “Cetak.Gol” community posted two entries: the first mocking Rahmat’s legal instruments (somasi), and the second ; posted close in time to the LinkedIn exchange ; directly weaponizing Rahmat’s ADHD disclosure as a “shield.” That Willy PT is employed by NOICE, the same platform hosting these posts, is material context.

Each tactic individually might appear as an isolated comment. Together, they constitute a recognizable playbook used against those who pursue labor and legal accountability in public forums.

This record does not expire.

Rahmat Wibowo spent two years attempting to resolve a labor dispute through proper channels ; reaching out privately, filing formal documentation, seeking mediation. He was blocked at every turn. When he brought his case to the public, the response from NOICE-affiliated voices was not engagement or accountability. It was ridicule, psychiatric insinuation, and mob humor.

The screenshots are preserved. The words are documented. Accountability does not expire because two years have passed ; and the right to seek what was lost does not require the approval of those who caused the loss.

Under UU ITE No. 1/2024, KUHP 2023, and UU PDP, the publications documented here ; including the weaponization of health information and coordinated mockery of ongoing legal proceedings ; carry material legal implications that remain under active review.
