Cahyo Subroto is the founder behind MrScraper (mrscraper.com), a web-scraping product. In a Starter Story interview published February 16, 2025, he says he previously ran a technical writing agency, penateam.com, and bought MrScraper in 2024 from an indie hacker named Kai after interviewing sellers on acquire.com. The interview gives a team size of 40 employees.

This dossier follows the same layout as the other InfraLoka evidence dossiers, but the evidence available for him is different, and the post says where.

Verified record

  • Business history: the Starter Story interview above, which is his own account. The acquisition, the agency and the team size are self-reported and were not independently verified.
  • Revenue: he states "$150k+ per month" in the interview introduction. Other revenue figures shown on the same page differ, so the figure is treated as self-reported and unverified.
  • Education: not assessed. No public education record was found.
  • Technical certifications: not assessed. No public certification record was found.
  • Professional experience before the agency: not assessed.

Because education and certification evidence is missing, the six-dimension rubric used for the other five dossiers cannot be applied fairly. This post therefore gives no overall score and no Dunning-Kruger rating. A score built on blanks would be a guess.

Dispute context: the author's account

This section is separate from the audit above and is not part of any score. InfraLoka's author, Rahmat Wibowo, worked for PT Pena Teknologi Indonesia as an AI Engineer from August 8 to November 8, 2025, on a probationary contract. He names Cahyo Subroto in a legal notice dated September 1, 2026 (Somasi No. 050/SOMASI/RW/IX/2026) as President Director of that company, and in a complaint letter dated September 9, 2026. The author's account is that the written employment terms did not give reasonable accommodation to a disability he says he disclosed at interview.
